Hi Edwin,
Did your notice of contract termination done in writing? stating the reason why you want to terminate or end your contract? If it was done in writing, meron ka bang receiving copy? If ever mayron na, you need to train him first and be sure he knows your job before ka mabigyan ng clearance to leave.
Other thing, maraming kompanya dito sa KSA na paiba iba ang required notice of termination of contract. Sa pinirmahan mong kontrata nakasaad ba doon ang required months of notice?
One last thing, ayaw man natin, ito ang masakit : your employer have the right to postpone your final departure for a certain period of time if required by work conditions or until your replacement is available.
100 or 200 (look for Maam Mimah). Kung walang sumasagot, try and try until you succeed.
Good Luck!
we are in the same postion, til now we dont know yet when we will be homebound. maraming beses na kaming tuwag sa POLO la naman nagagawa ang bad thing is hindi kami makalaas ng accomodation namin para makapag reklamu sa labor ofc. Alan na nila ang aming sitwasyun peru d naman sila no effort exerted from their side… we dnt know where to trun too… masakit man isipin peru un ang totoo..na ang mga dapat tumulong sa atin la naman nagagawa….
